With so many options out there you’re left constantly wondering: Did I pick the right trip? Are there any hidden fees? What if we need to cancel? So we’ve decided to do everything we can to make the process as easy and flexible as possible.
Because after all, vacations are supposed to be fun, right?
- Any requested trip changes are accommodated at no additional cost based on availability.
- We request a 20% payment at the time of reservation.
- Daily trips can be rescheduled at no cost if made 2 days in advance.
- Daily trip cancellations prior to 2 days of the tour will be refunded.
- Trips including accommodation can be rescheduled or refunded at no cost if made 5 days in advance.
- If you have qualified for group discount cancellations must be received 10 days prior to the trip’s scheduled departure.
- If your trip was canceled at the last minute due to Covid, you can choose whether you want a free date change, voucher, or a full refund of the deposit even 24 hours before the adventure.
We seldom cancel or postpone a trip, but we reserve the right to do so when necessary: due to water conditions, weather, insufficient reservations, or other reasons beyond our control. In such a case, 100% of your fees will be refunded or applied to another trip, but not expenses incurred in travel.
When choosing Waterfall Rafting Center for you and your group, be realistic about everyone’s abilities and be sure to ask questions of our staff prior to booking. Anyone in your group that has any medical conditions, physical limitations, or is seriously overweight should consult a physician before attempting a raft trip.
For safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that we perceive to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol or deem unfit for a raft trip. We also reserve the right to alter your scheduled trip without notice or allowance for a refund.
Due to the inherent risks involved in rafting, all participants are required to sign an assumption of risk/release of liability waiver. Although we are fully licensed and insured, you participate in river rafting AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Waterfall Rafting Center will use the personal information you provide to us in order to: respond to your comments and questions and provide customer service, process your request, bill you for your reservation, provide you with the information needed for your trip, including confirmations, receipts, invoices, and customer experience surveys, communicate with our staff and affiliate operators regarding your trip, communicate with you about Waterfall Rafting Center and partner products, services, offers, contests, promotions, sweepstakes, surveys, research, news, events, trips, and other information and services that may be of interest to you, and link or combine with other information we receive from third parties to help understand your preferences and provide you with personalized service. We do not control the use of personal data by third parties and they are bound by their own privacy policies.
If you provide us with information about another person, you confirm that they have authorized you to act for them, that they have consented to the processing of their personal information, including sensitive personal data, and that you have informed them of our identity and the purposes for which their personal data will be processed.
Waterfall Rafting Center sends out newsletters and area- or activity-specific news that we think you’ll want to hear about, but you can count on us to not share your email address with any third party company without your permission and you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.
When you call Waterfall Rafting Center to request information about our trips or to place a reservation we record your phone number. We also collect phone numbers through many of the forms on our website. Occasionally, our team may reach out by phone to provide you with the information you’ve requested or to convey information about your trip, but we will not share your phone number with any third-party company.
Waterfall Rafting Center may send out an annual catalog and a limited number of promotional mailing pieces each year (generally no more than two per year) to a select number of households and businesses on our list. From time to time, we may also work with other organizations that we believe are trustworthy and offer products or services that may be of interest to you. Be assured, however, that we will not share your information with these organizations if you have requested that we refrain from doing so and we will also honor your request not to receive mail from Waterfall Rafting Center directly.
