HOW LONG DOES PASSING THROUGH THE CANYON TAKE?

The duration of passing through the canyon depends on the group size and physical condition of the participants. For the average group of 8 people passing takes about 2 hours. 

WHAT IS THE HEIGHT OF THE JUMPS?

Jumps are up to 5 m high.

IS IT NECESSARY TO JUMP ON EACH OF THE JUMPS?

Most of the jumps can be avoided as your guides can assist you with a rope.

WHAT ARE THE AGE LIMITS FOR PRACTICING CANYONING?

The lower limit is about 10 years, depending on the constitution of the child. The upper limit does not essentially exist, as long as someone feels capable of passing through the canyon.

WHERE CAN WE LEAVE PERSONAL THINGS WHILE THE CANYONING LASTS

You should leave your personal things in your guide’s car we’ll remain parked near the canyon entrance. 

WHAT’S THE NECESSARY EQUIPMENT THAT WE SHOULD BRING WITH US?

You need to bring your swimming suit as we provide full equipment. We recommend bringing a towel as you might need it when returning from the canyon.

HOW MANY GUIDES ARE THERE WITH THE GROUP?

It depends on the size of the group. On every 5-6 persons goes one guide. So, if the group counts, for example, 15 people, there will be 3 guides.

CAN WE GO INDIVIDUALLY INTO THE CANYON?

Individual passing is not recommended because it could be extremely dangerous for people who do not know the canyon. In these cases, the tour ends with a rescue service coming to help people go out of the canyon.

ARE RESERVATIONS REQUIRED?

Yes. Reservations are required and 20% advance payment must be received prior to the date of your adventure. Same-day reservations are accepted based on availability, so please call ahead or send us an email.

ARE GRATUITIES ACCEPTABLE?

Absolutely. If your guides contributed to your enjoyment of the day please give them a tip!  Gratuities for guides are acceptable and greatly appreciated. And we’d love to hear about it as well. Our guides are some of the most important people in our staff and we want to know when they are doing a great job.

•     We request a 20% payment at the time of reservation.
•     If your trip is canceled last minute due to Covid choose from free date changes, vouchers, or a full refund.
•     Daily trips can be rescheduled or fully refunded at no cost if made 2 days in advance.
•     Trips including accommodation can be rescheduled at no cost or fully refunded if made 5 days in advance.
•     If you have qualified for group discount cancellations must be received 10 days prior to the trip’s scheduled departure and your deposit will be fully refunded.
•     Any requested trip changes are accommodated at no additional cost based on availability.

We seldom cancel or postpone a trip, but we reserve the right to do so when necessary: due to water conditions, weather, insufficient reservations, or other reasons beyond our control. In such a case, 100% of your fees will be refunded or applied to another trip, but not expenses incurred in travel
