Bobotov kuk (2.523m)

Bobotov kuk is the highest peak on Durmitor. The climb to the top of the mountain is not just a trophy enterprise for visitors, but also an impressive insight into the diversity of the mountain relief resulting from intensive glacial, and even pre-glacial, erosion. This is especially true for the ascent up the north side, from Žabljak.

Prutaš (2.393m)

Prutaš is an extraordinary summit, not only in comparison with the neighboring peaks of Durmitor, but also regarding the whole territory of Montenegro. It boasts with mild ridge lines, green mountain sides, magnificent sediment layers resembling twigs ("prut"), after which it was named, vertical cliffs, but also the typical karst. Its projection on the north side, Gruda (2,302m) attracted the first climbers on Durmitor seventy years ago. Its cascade of rocks on the north side reaches to the bottom of the Sušica canyon initial portion. In addition to these other qualities, Prutaš displays its most valuable vantage point in a majestic arc barrier of glacial rock. If one peak on our mountains can be synonymous with a pleasant climb and enjoying a magical mountain landscape, then it is certainly Prutaš.
